The Board of Governors (BoG) is the governing body of Dawood Institute of Science and Technology (DIST). It provides strategic leadership and institutional oversight, supporting the Institute in maintaining academic standards, effective administration, quality assurance, and sustainable growth.

Dr. Muhammad Abdul Wahid serves as Director Academics and Head of Department (HOD). He is responsible for academic coordination, curriculum implementation, faculty supervision, and maintaining academic standards within the Institute.
